Any advice or resources on how to pace for people at the milder end of the illness? Everything I've found seems to be aimed at people who are really quite disabled
If "by the time you feel the fatigue it's too late, you need to learn the threshold when to stop" AND at the same time your degree of fatiguability is always fluctuating, how do you learn to pace?
When they say "by the time you feel the fatigue it's too late, you need to learn the threshold when to stop", does that apply equally to different kinds of energy? Physical, concentration, emotional, social, self-control energy, etc?
