Class Action Lawsuit

I’m just a crayon eating ape, but why couldn’t we start a class action lawsuit against the Market Makers, hedgefucks, and the DTCC. At this point we have enough evidence that the markets are rigged, that we are playing the financial equivalent of whose line is it anyway. I’m not an attorney, but I’m confident there are smart enough apes that we could put on the stand to testify and make a case.

Has anyone considered this or is there a path to handling things this way?
