Native English sounds different

Hi all,

I thought, when I search for a native english speaker it will sound like in a movie 😂
But there are many different accents, so I selected people only from UK/US and I get the same results.

Does it mean I miss something?
Is it because of the price? (sort from low to high)
People lie and english was their second language?
Or I just dont understand the meaning of word native?

After checking almost 200 profile videos it seems, that everybody is teaching english and everybody is native from Chile to Russia.
