Demi permanent dye in 5A?

There’s not one demi permanent line that carries 5A at sally’s. (is there a reason for this that I’m missing?) Any other brand recommendations? I was looking at igora vibrance in 5-1 but the developer that goes with is it quite expensive- could I use a cheap sally’s developer or would that be risky?
