The buds fell off and the sound quality was abysmal until I made the call and got these bad boys! Huge difference. My mother-in-law left me her costume jewelry collection when she passed away many years ago, and I discovered this necklace when looking through it recently. I wondered if it could possibly be ivory as I think she said she thought it was. The beads are turning a little yellow in some places and there are some time black spots in some of the beads. Is “Ganz gut” a normal response?
I spent a summer in Mannheim in ‘99 and ever since have answered “Wie geht’s” with “Ganz gut.” This has gotten me weird looks and interrupted the flow of several conversations over the past decades. Is this a normal response? Did I pick up a regional response? Did I learn something incorrectly? Who’s the weird one here?Slowmotion cutscenes without Vsync.
Good game, everything runs as it should, but for some reason I have to have Vsync on, without it the cutscenes are completely broken and the image runs at half speed. Questions re Court Process (Magistrates Court)
Basic Details: 2x traffic infringements \-Specifically contesting "fail to stop for yellow traffic light" Self-represented. Additionally, Notice to Appear issued to me for my initial summary hearing was not signed or dated by the issuing officer. I have already had my summary hearing at Magistrates Court. Tried to ask the question as to whether my Notice to Appear was valid in the first place. Was cut off and made to feel like I was wasting time - eg. "We are very busy here. What do you want to plead for your charges?" Plead guilty for one charge, not guilty for the yellow light --> Informed the issue now to go to a trial. Obtained Brief of Evidence and the video evidence provided by issuing officer actually reinforces my argument of not being able to stop safely before the stop line/intersection when accounting for the timing of the yellow light. Next step is trial review. ================================== I have 3x questions: 1. Does the incorrectly completed NTA in fact make the whole hearing null and void? Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, Section 384, Subsection 1f states: "A notice to appear must be signed by the police officer serving the notice to appear" 2. What exactly is a "Trial Review" and what is its purpose? 3. Do I have to re-submit the video evidence I obtained in the brief of evidence from my end to be able to use it to explain how it supports my defense? Here’s the idea: A platform where people can book a 1-day immersive experience to “try a trade” like plumbing, carpentry, or baking, ect (I understand that any trade/career would needs months or even years to get the feeling of it). They’d pay a fee to shadow a Professionals tradesperson for the day, and the tradesperson would get most of the money. The goal is to: * Help people test the waters before they commit to a trade school or apprenticeship. * Give tradespeople a way to earn extra cash by sharing their skills during downtime for example. I’m coming to you because I want to hear **your perspective as experts in the industry.** 1. Would you be open to letting someone shadow you for a day if they paid you $150–$250? 2. What concerns or challenges do you see with this idea? 3. Do you think this could help bring more people into the trades? I’d love to hear any thoughts — even if you think it’s a bad idea.
